He qualified as a Civil and Commercial Mediator in 2010 accredited by ADR Group and joins us with responsibility for practice compliance.

Corran has worked in general practice for over 30 years providing expertise in private client matters including wills, probate, trusts, inheritance tax planning, matrimonial and domestic conveyancing. Corran is also a member of the Conveyancing Quality Scheme, Wills and Inheritance Quality Scheme and Solicitors for the Elderly.

Managing Director – Charles Culshaw (Solicitor)
Charles has been in practice for over 25 years during which time his sound legal and commercial advice has guided client businesses through challenging times as well as through periods of expansion. His experience includes business finance, commercial contracts, public sector tendering and contracting, company re-structures and shareholder agreements, joint-ventures, company acquisitions and disposals as well as general commercial disputes.
